I have a intel core i5 3350 3.3ghz oc to 3.7ghz
nvidia 760gtx
8gig of ram

Right-click the game - Properties - Check if "Zelda Speed Hack" option is enabled or not
Your GTX 760 should be fine for 4x Internal Resolution but you must go to Nvidia Control Panel - 3D Settings - Find the "power management" option - Choose "maximum performance"

It's called "Hyrule Field Speed Hack" (and it's in the Patches tab).
