Editing Banner Details - Vercalos - 09-13-2016

Is there any way to alter the Banner Details for the files when checking their properties from within Dolphin?

It depends. Dolphin lets you override some of the information that's shown in the game list, but that doesn't apply to the properties window if I recall correctly. It's also possible to edit the game itself, but that's harder. Can you be more specific with which information you would like to edit?

Mainly the name of the game itself, or to make the name match the internal name, since it doesn't always match.

For game names, you can use titles.txt as described here: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unable-to-change-title-and-maker

The internal name can only be changed by editing the ISO, but it's a bit easier than other ISO edits. It requires replacing the text at 0x20.

Thank you so much. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for.

Now instead of

Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Super Smash Bros. Brawl

I can have

Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Project M
