Metroid Prime 3 black line the center of the screen - Silent Gunner - 09-11-2016

I am having trouble with a black line in the center of the screen while using Dolphin 5.0 when running MP3. Is this that weird pixel problem that's mentioned on the wiki page for the game?

Yeah, it does, although it is less noticeable due to the image not being upscaled as much.
