Well, I exported the .gci of my F-Zero GX save file, put it in the correct folder, and now it appears to work.
However, it only works so long as portable.txt is in the install directory. If it isn't, it once again tells me that the memory card is corrupted.

Actually, if I have portable.txt, even the .raw memory card files work if I put them in Dolphin\Users\GC, but it doesn't work once I remove that.
Sooo, maybe my settings are the problem?
