Missing file? Cannot install latest Dolphin! - Arkstar - 03-06-2016 Hello, I've recently come across Dolphin and wanted to use it. After attempting to run the emulator on the pc 3 times i've still had no luck. I just downloaded Dolphin 4.0-9102 the latest version, extracted the files, and tried the start the application inside of the folders. Whenever i try too my pc just says "The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer." and "... because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing..."   Am i taking the wrong approach at starting the program?
