Is this hardware good enough? (again) - theramdomguy - 03-04-2016

Hi everyone, after my last post (https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-im-buying-a-new-computer-can-this-hardware-run-dolphin(
people have said the hardware is not good enough for dolphin. I have researched again and here is my other option

Lenovo Model: B50-30 3D.
CPU:Intel® Core™ i7-4790S Intel® Core™ i7-4785T Intel® Core™ i5-4460S Intel® Core™ i5-4460T (any of those 4 site dosnt specify)
GPU:NVIDIA® GT840A 2GB
RAM:Up to 12GB PC3-12800 DDR3L 1600 MHz
OS: Windows 8.1 64-bit

I plan to run:
Mario Party 8
Sonic Colors Smash Melee

all of this games a t 480p

here is the link if the site if you want to help me decide: http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/desktops/lenovo/b-series/b50-30/#tab-tech_specs

A big thanks again if you can help me Big Grin

Double posting is against the rules ! Keep replying in your original post next time !
The i7 version is fine but All-in-one PCs are seriously overpriced ! That i7 Lenovo cost about 1200USD yet it's much weaker than a mere $850 gaming laptop
GT 840A is much better than your previous choice r7 A360 but it's still low end . GTX 960M is twice as fast as it

I imagine you have your own reasons for wanting a system like that so that's your business and I'll just answer your question.

Both of your systems, in your last one, and this one are fine for Dolphin playing lighter games like the ones you listed.

There's no need to create another thread, and whilst it will break the flow, please continue in that thread.
