That Forum lists all games on the gamecube (or on the Wii on the Wii game support thread) and you are supposed to write in the right thread.
Eg. you got a problem with Zelda The Wind Waker, you write it in [GC] The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

You must have a certain number of posts to post a thread there and even then you should only post threads for games that don't have one already.
