HELP! Why Am I not getting 60fps? - Samsor - 02-27-2016

Here are my specs:

I run a Windows 10 laptop
GPU: GeForce GTX970M
CPU: Intel Core i7-5700HQ @2.70Ghz
16GB ram

Running Dolphin 4.0-8965

I dont seem to get Zelda windwaker at 60 fps. it says 30FPS and 60VPS. Sometime it even seems its a 60fps?
Oh I get 60fps on New super mario.

I get upto 120 fps on my PCXS2 emulator.

Wind Waker is supposed to run at 30 FPS and 60 VPS, unless you have a hack that makes the game run at 60 FPS. Turning up Dolphin's speed to make it run at 60 FPS would make the gameplay and audio too fast.

Emulation tries to emulate what the game is supposed to run at, rather than how fast you can run it, assuming you haven't unlocked the speed limit. But for the sake of actually playing the game, you don't want to unlock that.

Many GameCube and Wii games run at less than 60 FPS, some even change from scene to scene!
