Black/Frozen Screen - Harvest Moon: AWL - Dolphin 4.0-8894 - cielita - 02-12-2016
obviously, gamecube (using x64 version of dolphin), and another issue with "Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life".
first i was getting the "invalid read" error with those ridiculous error codes. i couldn't find anything on it so i disabled panic handlers.
after disabling them, the start menu would come up. it does not matter if i press "new game" or "continue"--right after i choose either option the screen begins to fade to black and it just freezes.
i installed the latest dev version to fix the night time lag. i use windows 8.1, have everything that i need installed (to use dev versions). i'm not really sure what to do now, though, because i spent a lot of time downloading/updating my computer in order to play the game.
i'm thinking about trying another game out and seeing if i get the same issue.
if anyone has any input or ideas i would be very happy to try just about anything!
