Top left quarter stuck at native resolution - box113 - 02-11-2016

Whatever setting I change, the top left quarter of the frame is always rendering at native resolution. I am rather confused by this behavior.

Seems to be working fine in wireframe mode.

That's weird. Try enabling "Store EFB Copies to Texture Only", AFAIK it won't cause issues with Zelda TP anymore (as long as you're using a recent development version)...

I am using 4.0-8888. Title screens are fine, it's only in 3D parts that it appears. "Store EFB Copies to Texture Only" does not fix it.

EDIT: It seems to be working correctly if I use 4.0.2 instead of the latest build. So weird.

EDIT: JMC says check Scaled EFB copies.

Please "check" Scaled EFB Copies in the latest development builds. The game uses the upper left hand region of the screen as an EFB Copy region, which is why when Scaled EFB Copies is unchecked it is lower resolution.
