For some reason I am unable to get any controller working on anything other than Port 2.

I tried with two Xbox 360 controllers and a PS4 controller.

Tried using:
Dolphin 4.0.2
and
dolphin-master-4.0-8824-x64

When I say doesn't work, if I select the relevant controller. the UI is greyed out, ie: If I move a joystick or press a button nothing on the UI lights up.

Also, all the joysticks are recognised by Windows 10 Pro.
