Resident evil 4 panic alert - bobbydazzler1985 - 01-25-2016
Hi.every time I try to use over clock feature at the start you get a panic alert and it sum how disables the over clock feature

It was at 100% thts the thing tho and it still came up with the same panic message

It's not a panic message. It's just a warning that utilizing that feature can break some games and cause other emulation issues. So, go an ahead and experiment with it and see how positively or negatively it affects your games. Usually the affects are pretty positive(well, at least in my experience).
