frame dump error - inkling16 - 01-18-2016
I am using Dolphin 4.0-8165, and I am having tremendous trouble successfully dumping recordings I have made. I have tried all 6 encoding options, and when I try to play the created video, I either get an error saying the encoding method is unsupported, or I get a video that has a bunch of choppy horizontal lines. My guess is that I just have something set incorrectly since I have also tried running on 4.0-8719 to no avail.
