Can't use frameskip shortcuts when using Gamecube Adapter - HenrikoMagnifico - 01-15-2016

As the title explains, I can't use any shortcuts for disabling and enabling the framecap in games when using the Official Nintendo GameCube Adapter. I've tried switching multiple units for the shortcut, as well from the default TAB to a multitude of other keys and buttons. Nothing worked. This makes some games rather tidious since some have long cutscenes and slow starts you just wish to skip by. If anyone has found a way to work by this please tell! Thanks. Wink

This is a known bug. If you want a workaround before to use before a fix is released, set GameCube controller port 4 to a standard controller.

Speaking of that, is anyone gonna merge that PR anytime soon? It seems like no one found any problems with it, but it's just been sitting there for 5 days.
