has anyone ever launch dolphin with emulationstation? - xdarkmario - 01-10-2016
im trying to launch dolphin from emulationstation. and after hours of trying to get the right launch parameters i got it booting the wii/gc games. the thing is that now dolphin gives this error.
"could not write to memory card file User/GC/ninmem.USA.raw"
the location is not write protected and i own the folder using take ownership.
but when i launch any game using just dolphin alone all my saves work and load.
any idea why this is happening?
Edit: i found a reason why it cant save/load. for some reason eumlationstation is saving (or trying to) save in C:\Program Files (x86)\EmulationStation\User\GC.
i dont know why on earth its doing that but it should be saving to my documents\dolphin\user\gc
made emulationstation run in admin and took permission of program files x86 and it was able to save.

now anyone know how to fix that odd error
