Hp Mini Note 2133 questions - lowendlax - 01-09-2016
I just got this laptop not knowing that it was low end, but I waz just wondering if i could run Dolphin Emulator on it. I see methods in which ppl use game booster, and cpu clock override, and max out the setting so there has to be a way i can run it. II just need help on methods i can use, how to run it, and if it will run at all. Specs: Windows 7 ultimate 32-bit, VIA C7-M ULV processor 1.6GHz, 4GB Ram, 120GB HDD, Via Chrome 9 HC IGP 1.1

That computer will not run Dolphin in an enjoyable way. The CPU is slightly weaker than an Intel Atom from 2008.

Nothing you can do can help that system play Dolphin.

That thing can barely run Minesweeper
