Own nand with wiimmfi? - got4n - 01-02-2016

Hello, I like to play Brawl online with a friend on Wiimmfi server, but I'd like to play it on Dolphin again as online, so I have read about dumping own nand to avoid getting banned, I have two questions:
1- Is there a chance of getting his nand banned?
2- What happens if Dolphin freezes for a split second? (for some reasons Brawl makes dolphin freezing often altho it's at 60fps)

My config:
Windows 10
i7-3770 3,4 Ghz
5GB of RAM
MSI R9 380 2G

Thanks!

I used to use Dolphin with Wiimmfi for Mario Kart Wii in March 2015. It appears that at some point they banned anyone who used Dolphin, but now their policy is that Dolphin is allowed, as long as there's no slowdown which would give you an unfair advantage in the game.

As far as I know, Dolphin's default NAND is banned so you can't use Wiimmfi with it. However, the risk of using your own NAND from your Wii is that if you get banned (for whatever reason), you cannot use Wiimmfi on your real Wii either…

I'm not sure how it works in Brawl, but in MKW, stuttering and slowdowns would cause your time counter to be behind the other players. Although it shouldn't matter a lot if you're only playing with your friend…
