How big are the peed difference between Windows 10 and Mac OS X?
I have 4 GHz Intel i7
16 GB RAM
AMD Radeon R9 M395x with 4096 MB
No i can use Dolphin on Mac, or i install Windows on Bootcamp and play Dolphin on Windows.
Is there a big difference?

Really big. Use Windows.
OS X Dolphin is buggy by itself, some things don't work, and OS X graphics drivers are buggy and slow.
Windows works fine.

Buggy in what way? The only obvious problem I can think of is Intel graphics failing at EFB copies, but the poster of this topic has an AMD GPU.

IIRC Wiimotes have some bugginess in the newest OS X. And I believe Dolphinbar is broken there.
