If you are aren't using your own NAND dump, dolphin will be blocked.

If you don't a wii you can't get it to work on dolphin.

I downloaded it and i patched mario kart wii with patch-wiimmfi.bat.

And for 23915 error, i downloaded Wiimmfi Unbanner 3.14.

I drag and put Dolphin emulator folder in My document to Wiimmfi Unbanner.exe.
So i played mario kart wii in wiimmfi servers.
