Is there a way to autostart the emulator with what i've got in my dvdrom reader (original game,not iso).

DVD Drives cannot read Wii games.

Only backup discs (e.g. dumped the ISO then burned in a DVD-R)...

Dolphin will never have the ability to autostart GameCube/Wii discs; your drives physically cannot read them.

This option exists solely for allowing users to boot backup discs (e.g. dumped the ISO then burned into a DVD-R/RW) and AFAIK the wording was changed a little shortly afer 5.0 release to make that more clear. The option however isn't too reliable, you'll get a lot of micro stutters here and there...
