i want to play just dance on dolphin and how i control the game? cause i don't have wiimote and also i use windows phone, does anyone know how to get a app controller for windows phone? i really need the app for playing the game. thanks

You can try using an emulated wiimote.

Instead of setting a real wiimote set it to emulated and configure it with your mouse/keyboard or controller.

or do you know someone can convert android app to windows phone app? or any trick to make a laptop camera works like a kinect sensor?

Even if you would be able to do that, the old UDP Wiimote app doesn't work with Dolphin anymore.

No, and it's pointless because the Wii doesn't use Kinect.
