I have a question.How to add motion plus addon or something like that to Ishiiruka?Pls can somebody help?

Short answer: You can't.
Long Answer: You really, really can't without a very high amount of expertise. No one with that level of knowledge is currently willing to expend a large amount of time porting a broken feature to any branch of Dolphin.

You can if you have a real Wii Remote with MotionPlus and a Nunchuk.
