Failed to write BT.DINF to SYSCONF - kkjdroid - 12-24-2015
Upon launching any Wii game, I get the messages "Failed to write BT.DINF to SYSCONF", "SetupWiiMemory: Can't create setting.text file", "Unable to resolve read address 812fffc8 PC 0", "IntCPU: Unknown instruction 00000000 at PC = 00000000 last_PC = 812fffc8 LR = 00000000", "Unable to resolve read address 812fffc8 PC 4", "IntCPU: Unknown instruction 00000000 at PC = 00000004 last_PC = 812fffc8 LR = 00000000", and so on.
Putting Dolphin in portable mode works fine. GameCube games work fine either way. The Dolphin folder in My Documents is set to full control for Everyone. Any help is appreciated.

Deleting Dolphin.ini solved the issue.

It's in the Global User Directory>Config.
