XAudio2 Constant Crashing - Makar_Korok - 12-21-2015
In all games (only GCN, NTSC-USA) that I've played, the emulator crashes, and it leaves an "XAudio2" report in the Windows Log Files. I cannot figure why is this happening. While the game is playing, and virtually nothing special is going on (f.e. a loading thing), the sound stops and in a few seconds the emulator crashes. I cannot play anything on that.
I tried to locate a thread relative to this, but I couldn't. Does anybody have an answer or knows the right thread?

Use the latest development version https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
This was fixed after dolphin 4.0.2.
