Mayflash GC Adapter flashing Detected/Not Detected in Dolphin - Sylreverie - 12-19-2015

Sorry if this is the wrong section!

I own a Mayflash 4 port gamecube controller adapter. I got and installed an SSD a couple weeks ago, didn't have the CD for my original hard drive drivers so I installed my drivers from the websites. Fairly certain I got them all right. When I run Dolphin on my SSD and use my Gamecube controller/adapter the controls will stop responding for short periods of time frequently during the game.

If I open the controllers menu in dolphin while playing, the "Adapter Detected" under "Gamecube Adapter" will repeatedly flash "Adapter Detected" & "Adapter Not Detected". I've tried reinstalling drivers, mayflash adapter, uninstall/reinstall, haven't gotten anything to work yet. If I boot from my hard drive it works fine, but it doesn't on my ssd. Does anyone know what my problem is and/or how to fix it?

I don't understand why it works on my hard drive but not my ssd. When I boot from one the other is booted second, so if it had something to do with 'competing for a driver', shouldn't it not work on either drive? (I was told this by someone once who did not give any other information)

Hope someone knows what my problem is. Sad

Here is a short video of my problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UU6fWG4WG7k (It usually happens more than this but I wanted a quick example)

Maybe you have different power config between two OS?

They are both Windows 7. I don't think I changed anything intentionally between the two besides installing drivers from the website instead of via CD on my SSD. :c
