Ok so I know my specs are fairly meh for gaming, and it being a mac and all that.

I can't really be the most specific on details on things, so I'll just be brief as possible I suppose.

I was able to run Metroid Prime at 60 fps with little to no drops beyond the occasional hiccup, I tried a few different other games to no avail, ended up going back to Metroid Prime, now i'm unable to get it to stay at the 60 fps, non choppy fullscreen. It just sits there at like 5-10 fps. As well i've not been able to get any other game to run without choppy audio and low fps.

Im running the latest version of Dolphin on os 10.10.5, 2.5 Ghz intel duo core i5, 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3, Intel HD Graphics 4000.

The best you can do is use the latest development build, use pretty much stock settings in the Graphics section, and hope for the best. Metroid is a fairly heavy game to emulate due to large amounts of shaders to compile, and you're on an Intel iGPU, with OS X drivers. A double whammy.

If Framelimit in the general configuration is set to something like 5, set it to Auto.
