Now every time I'm getting a message saying "The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Which I've already done... 3 times. Is there something I'm missing on this?

You're missing the fact that it says right on the download page that you need the Visual Studio 2015 libraries installed.

I do have that installed. I try to make sure I prepare for what ever I put on my computer.

Make sure you installed the 64 bit version, not 32.
