That is where the buildbot places them, that should do the trick! But note that is the latest, which only works on AArch64 devices. What's on googleplay is the last build that works on Armv7.

It won't install on your LG G3.
The latest builds require both a 64 bit processor and a 64 bit operating system. Your phone has neither.
The older builds that support 32 bit are *very* slow and won't run anything at playable framerates.

luyong20121221, you would need an Exynos 7, Snapdragon 615/808/810, MTK 6752 (and up) or a Helio X10 device in order to run dolphin

oh,got it, may be i should try it on my ASUS ZenPhone2 which 64BIT CPU WITH 4GB RAM

The Zenphone 2 has an x86_64 CPU, but the software it runs is only 32bit, so it also won't work.
