Should i spring for a A10 7850k or will this do fine? How will it handle dolphin?

We try to not recommend AMD processors for people looking to run Dolphin as they have low single-core speeds. Dolphin is a dual-core program, meaning the faster each core is, the faster Dolphin runs.
Will the computer be mainly playing Dolphin/other emulators?
