I recently got back into playing Zelda games, and I want to play my Zelda Skyward Sword for the Wii, but I gave my Wii away to my relatives as I had no use for it anymore. Is there any way for me to rip the game off of the Zelda Skyword Sword disc into an ISO file without a Wii?

Yes, but it involves buying a very specific and possibly difficult to get DVD drive and flash a specific firmware on it.
It will be multiple times easier to buy a second hand Wii off of ebay, softmod it (There is a comprehensive guide that works with all software revisions), install CleanRip, and rip your games that way.

I bought one for under $20 on ebay over the summer. It's super easy to softmod.

Keep in mind that you need an actual wm+ for the game. Dolphin can't emulate it, and even if it could, it would be something you don't want.
