Hypothetical dynamic resolution support? - Nintonito - 11-06-2015 An increasing number of games on console are supporting frame by frame dynamic resolution based on performance. I think it would be awesome if dolphin could support this, automatically dropping IR to avoid FPS drops. I'm not an expert on dolphin's deep inner working but it seems like a basic implementation based on VPS or something wouldn't be too bad. I don't know if it is possible either, but i believe that the ubershaders should be implemented first if this idea is to be tried since it would occur quite common without it due to the shader generation frame drops.
