You don't have to test every build. Just post in that bug tracker with which builds you found caused which bugs. It's clear that Dolphin is doing something *very* wrong.

Did some testing.
Builds 4.0 1-6000 don't seem to boot the game.
Builds 4.0 7000 + boot it, but the loading screen always freezes. Can't even begin a new game.
I tried some earlier builds.

3.5-2368 is the last working build that boots it.
3.5-2381 stops the game from booting entirely (there seems to be a directory change with global settings, so maybe it's related with that).

If 3.5-2381 causes or fixes any issues, the actual cause is most likely the settings you are using. Try creating a file named portable.txt in the same folder as the Dolphin executable. It'll make Dolphin act like before 3.5-2381, creating a clean settings directory for you. If that works, there's something that's wrong in C:\Users\<username>\Documents\Dolphin Emulator\.

I made a portable.txt, and the game still crashed in the intro. >_<
No one else has this game? No one can test it?
It's a great game. I beat it before on a real Wii.
