Dolphinbar not recognized - dakattacks - 11-01-2015

I am trying to set up my wiimotes with dolphin with the dolphinbar I just purchased.  I have the latest firmware on the dolphinbar, and it syncs up perfectly with the wiimote.  In mode 1, for example, using the wiimote as a mouse works, so I know it is not a syncing or dolphinbar issue, but an issue I'm having with dolphin.

When attempting to use the wiimote with dolphin, I put the bar in mode 4, and the controller syncs to the bar just fine.  I set wiimote 1 to real wiimote.  I also enabled continuous scanning.  When I launch a game, it does not respond to anything I do with the wiimote.  I have tried versions 4.0-7840 (which is what I use to play on netplay), version 5.0 rc35 (latest version as of this post), and version 4.0-2241 (which is what mayflash's website says works).

Attached is a picture of my configuration in dolphin, and also a picture showing my dolphinbar & wiimote.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Have you tried without continuous scanning? Don't think you can even use it anyway.

Thanks for the fast response. I decided to try using a different USB port (I already had tried 3) and even though dolphin gave no indication that it knew there was a wiimote connected, it worked on that usb port exclusively. Guess it's just a little weird on my set up. Thanks again.
