its lagging and working not normal since the program is started. I can stop this when I close dolphin. Yesterday I tried one of the 4.0.x developer versions and it runs smoothy (i think 2X FPS). sometimes I got framedrops or frames on 15-20 for some moments. Is it normal?

Yeah our development versioning is a bit silly since we're working on releasing 5.0 (Although maybe not so silly since we're restarting that)
Was the version number something like 4.0-xxxx?
