Ok I just downloaded dolphin from playstore andni want to play pokemon colleseum but whenever I start the game with dolphin it goes back to game list and whenever I go to settings then input it goes to game list again pls help

The play store version is ancient, slow, buggy, and the latest development versions won't run on your tablet because your CPU and OS isn't 64 bit.
The play store version is unsupported.

Even you if download the latest build, you will (most likely) not be able to play anything comfortably.
Most games have occasional and significant FPS dips while running on NVidia Shield TV. Seeing how it's the most powerful device currently on the market, I doubt your device will be able to keep up even with that.
From what I understand there's a significant bottleneck with current hardware, so it will take a year or two until the technology catches up.

Yes, you need to download the latest APK file, and you will give the last build with all functions.
