There's a handy "Reset all settings to factory defaults" button in the CCC. If your driver installation wasn't 100% clean or your settings are messed up, click that buton and then reboot the PC.

It may break everything that doesn't run at 60fps, but this setting might *improve* the performance of titles that are known to run at 60 fps (only for those titles). So it's a good idea to *try* it and see if it improves things, then change it back to "Auto".

If the game runs at 60 FPS, the setting it to auto will run it at 60 fps. If the game does any variable framerates, like from 60 to 30 and back, this will mess it up. if the game runs at 30 fps and its being forced to 60 fps, things will run funny. So don't set things to a fixed FPS unless you're doing explicit testing of framerates.
