Dolphin 3.5 is too old already.
Use a Dolphin 4.0 Wii Speak Branch, this will resolve the problem.

Actually I got it running on Dolphin wiispeak 4.0 206. On Ishiiruka branch it crash (on older Ishiiruka it crashes after warning wiimote screen, and on newer ones it crashes immediately).
