Mac OSX Yosemite wont detect Official Wii U Gamecube Adapter - Jayronimo - 10-22-2015
Basically, the title says it all. I've visited the wiki and downloaded the "easy install" here: https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/how-use-official-gc-controller-adapter-wii-u/
No luck.
I also installed the SmashEnabler driver
No luck.
No matter what I do, when I go to my controller settings there is no adapter, just keyboard settings. I'm really at a loss for solutions right now. I attached a picture of what I'm dealing with.
EDIT: I am also using Dolphin 4.0-8044

Can you take a screenshot of the main controller configuration window? (The one that lists the four GameCube controllers, the four Wiimotes, etc.)

Click the box that says Direct Connect, right below where it says Adapter Detected

It shouldn't appear there. The real controller should override any settings in that configuration dialog if Direct Connect is checked when the game starts. (I think.)

i got the controller and adapter to work but doing absolutely nothing and im not questioning it so yeah
