"Start Input Recording" not loading save files from games - shrimp01 - 10-19-2015 Hi When ever I try and make a movie file/input recording, the game never detects the save file and always says "would you like to create a save file?". The save file is always there and never gets deleted. I've tried this with a few games on the latest Dolphin dev build (4.0 8040) and all seem to be doing this. I've never ran into this problem on older versions (mine was really old so I don't have much of a chance on pin pointing where this started in a newer build). I haven't tried any GC games, all are Wii that are giving me this questionable circumstance. Any help would be appreciated. RE: "Start Input Recording" not loading save files from games - JosJuice - 10-19-2015 That's just how it is right now for Wii games. It was added as a way to avoid desyncs in netplay, and it can also be helpful for avoiding desyncs with input recording, but it is unfortunately a problem because there is no option to use the old behavior. The new behavior was added in 4.0-6512. RE: "Start Input Recording" not loading save files from games - shrimp01 - 10-20-2015 Ah that's a shame. I was going to do some TASing with these new version since it seems there are less desyncs now. Thanks for replying! |
