cant seem to get the custom textures to pop up (Solved - jd345 - 10-17-2015

that is the pack in question, and it is properly used to my copy of TYD which i recently found in a old 500 GB harddrive along with 7 more famous games that i had long ago, i'm in the US sooo yeah i have the NTSC-U version
i have it in Documents\Dolphin\Load\Textures\G8ME01 and the names are matching that
Load Custom Textures is Checked
i have Texture Cache set to safe
but i have the game rendered about 3x Native...should i stop that?
Edit: Just....had to put in a Dev Version and all the textures checked in

just.....had to put in a Dev version of the emulator to make it work ^^;
