Thats likely due to the build being made to run TPHD, they could max out the performance because they knew what they had to optimize it for.

Yeah that build from twitter not only doesn't run TP at full speed for me, but also managed to fuck up literally every one of my games in dolphin.

All you have to do to get a wii version is rename the texture folder to your wii game id.
Example GZ2E01 -> RZDE01 for a North American iso

You can port the texture to the Wii version pretty easily, I'm more curious about the rumored 60fps hack and custom content.

At the moment, it's only a texture pack and a few shaders.
However, Tomoya and his team are still working on importing new models to the game (and if that's possible, new gameplay changes are also possible). Also, there will be new music.
I don't know if the 60 fps hack i confirmed by the team, but imo it's rather unlikely, only very few PCs would even be able to get 60 fps with all those enhancements.
