are you using tomoya's preset?

Just get Ishiiruka Dolphin 458 and drag all the files in the "tomoya's Preset" folder into the dolphin folder.

Thank you very much!!!

I'm using the Ishiiruka 458 version and added reshade folder into the Ishiiruka folder. I changed it to Direct3D11 and disabled fog and left default settings on. I added the tomoya fx preset to ShaderPresets folder in documents/dolphin emulator /load. It says everything runs successfully but just a black screen on start-up. Anyone have this problem?

It gave me a 10fps performance boost and the texture pack is 1/4th the file size, just let me know if you'd like me to upload it.

For reference, on the performance number, i have an FX-6300 overclocked to 4.6GHz and i have an R9 380 4G, the textures are being stored on an HDD, though i do have "Cache Custom textures on GPU" and "Prefetch Custom textures" enabled in Ishiiruka Dolphin, build 458

Thank you so much for converting the textures and of course Tomoya for the amazing textures!!

I thought you needed something like 24gigs of ram to take advantage of  "Cache Custom textures on GPU" and "Prefetch Custom textures" ? I only have a Q6600 @ 3Ghz, 4gigs ram, AMD 7850 2gigs.

Using AA has a marked improvement but using it with SSAO kills my FPS and FXAA only makes a small difference. I am able to run 4x native and turned down SSAO quality down to 32 which seems like a nice compromise.

I currently do not have Hyrule Field Hack enabled. Should I?

I notice in the picture above a file called d3d9.dll. I do not have that file. I thought you needed DX 11 to run ReShade anyways. What's up with that?

Can somebody upload Tomoya's shader preset pack or know where I can find it? The link does not work. Thank you.

RE: TomoyaHD - Bringing RETRO to Life - MelonSpeedruns - 11-29-2015

Hello, let me present myself, MelonSpeedruns, I've been a member of the TPHD project since it's start.

I really think the project can go far and even be completed. However, before trusting the project, you should trust it's members.

Let me explain a bit.
Since it's beginning, I was in the project with Tomoya and the others, I wanted to contribute more to the project when it was in the "Skyward Sword" style, so I made some foliage textures for Faron Woods.

I thought my textures were shitty, but then, Tomoya told me they were nice. I really felt like I did something good for the project at that point.
A few weeks later, I was invited to the private dev chat, and I felt really proud of myself.

However, a few months ago, when Bump Mapping was announced, I wanted to make a video trailer for it. And so, I asked Tomoya if I could have some clips so I could do a montage.
He accepted, then told me he would make them the next Thursday. I waited, for at least 1 month, trying to contact him to get the clips, and I was working like hell on the montage, until I saw an update video on the Youtube channel with Bump Mapping as the new feature.

Yup, that's right, Tomoya hired somebody else to do it. Not only I never got any clips, I never got informed of it. And before you tell me that he may have forget about it, think about what I said earlier.. I asked multiple times for the clips, and got several answers.

That's not the end, a few months later, after forgiving what's been happening, I started doing a Blog for future updates. I called Tomoya on Skype, told him to not forget this time, and he agreed. We created a WordPress blog with the style and colors he wanted. He was even ready to pay for upgrading the website.
As you know it, this never happened as well.. A few days later, while streaming, I asked Tomoya if he could show the Blog to the public, since I've been working really hard on it.
Never got an answer. That's right, once again, I was completely ignored. And to piss me off even more, I heard Tomoya talking about the new Website coming out. And like every time, I didn't get informed about that.

At that point, I decided to leave the project for a while, thinking that time might change things, but I was wrong.
A few weeks ago, I joined the public Discord chat, and told them what I was thinking of the project. I said I absolutely loved the project, but I felt like nobody was helping me getting better and/or trying at least to notice me.
However, as soon as I started doing my speech, it was the hype in the chat... Let me explain, a video about the project had been released by a famous Youtuber. Let me tell you already that I never saw or heard from him before, and I even don't remember his name.
While I was talking, somebody (I think it was Tomoya, again) cut me to tell everyone how that video would have an important impact on the project.
And once again, I was being ignored, not only by Tomoya, but by everyone else in the chat.

This is why, today, I quit the project, with this sad note.

If asked, I would rejoin because I believe in this project. Regardless of everything, I respect the work created. It's really beautiful. I'm not asking to be invited back because I don't think I have a place in the project anymore, but to you Tomoya, and the team, I truly wish you the best.

PS : I will not answering questions and critics. Thanks for understanding.

RE: TomoyaHD - Bringing RETRO to Life - Bryson - 12-03-2015

Still waiting The_OMEGA...

Do I have to enable IshiirukaFX for ReShade to work?

Doing some tweaking I noticed that DOF kills my FPS and it blurs my inventory screen. Highly annoying so I disabled it.
Tone mapping creates black crush so I disabled that too.
Bloom is annoying especially around the faces and even at the lowest settings.
So right now from IshiirukaFX I am running SSAO + pixel vibrance however it appears that ReShade has some kind of bloom enabled by default.
In Richard's presets he says to disable FOG but I have no idea why someone would want to do that as it completely changes the feeling and mood of Faron Woods!?

Can't download the links, says they've been taken down - did he really take them down intentionally so people would donate? I could see slow, very small updates with quicker updates for "VIP" members, but that's kinda ridiculous.. Does anyone have a mirror?
