I played Serious Sam: Next Encounter and Dolphin Has Stopped Working while playing. How to fix it? I have Dolphin-4.0-Win64 and Windows 10 x64.

Try latest development build or 5.0 RC build and see if the problem is gone.

No, you shouldn't. Don't use builds that are that old unless there is absolutely no alternative. Try using a recent development build or 5.0 release candidate first.
