Shame that there doesn't seem to be a way to enable both keyboard and gamepad input at the same time. I use a Logitech Wingman, it's got quite a few buttons but not as many as the Gamecube. No matter how I configure it, there just aren't enough buttons to play Zelda Wind Waker properly. It would be great if the emulator could listen to both the keyboard and the gamepad input at the same time, that way I could use the keyboard jut to emulate - say - the D-Pad and use the Wingman for the rest. Unfortunately, even though the GCPad configuration screen lets you save a profile with buttons from both devices, once inside the emulation it will only listen to the device selected from the "Device" dropdown. Is it simply a technical impossibility to add this feature? Am I maybe missing an obvious solution? Thanks for any help.

It's a very specific request, 95% of PC-compatible gamepads have enough buttons for GameCube.
What you can try is JoyToKey : you map all GC buttons to keyboard on Dolphin, and they you tell JoyToKey that your gamepad buttons will simulate a keyboard input.

I think there's a way to configure this in Dolphin, but how to do it is not obvious at all.

Thanks, I'll try JoyToKey - but I suppose I should just get myself a newer gamepad, mine is about 15 years old...
