an unlocked Z97 mobo will be a waste on a locked multiplier i5
Why not just pick Z97 + i5/i7 xxxxK or H81/H87/B85/H97 + non k CPUs

Guys, this build is designed for upgradeability
You can tell by my locked CPU on an unlocked mobo and 1 8gb dimm vs 2 4 gb dimms. I don't wanna start at the top. That will make me miss half the point of PC gaming!

I thought the point was to build a great rig at the time, and then upgrade to stronger parts once yours are obsolete.
