I downloaded the version from the playstore which I used to run sonic adventure 2 battle. Only getting 9-10 fps. So idk. Was just curious

Support was dropped for 32 bit devices/userspaces. The version on the play store is ancient. Pretty sure Sonic S2B runs fine on the latest revisions, which require a 64 bit device + userspace.

I was getting 5 - 8 fps ingame with my old LG g3 which has similar specs
Expect those speeds for less demanding games.
