New to Dolphin, hypothetically Wind Waker keeps freezing at the end of Forsaken Fort. - Funk - 09-19-2015
I did not see a specific thread on my issue. I just got the most recent version of dolphin, and right off the bat the program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from my computer. I tried installing it but I keep getting the same problem.
How do I make this work?

Thanks to your help, I was hypothetically able to get this to work but I have a new problem :/
Hypothetically, Windwaker keeps freezing during a cutscene or a lvl switch. Hypothetically, I made it to the end of the forsaken fortress, after the giant bird tosses you into the ocean red boat picks you up for the first time, the screen fades to black and the fps drops to 0, and then it just sits there not loading. If redownloading and reinstalling wouldn't fix that, what would?

When you click on the link for the case that the download does not automatically start, you are not taken back to the page you were on earlier. It just looks 99% the same, but there are direct download links.

This is a known issue.

Use a build before 4.0-7538
The 5.0 RCs don't have this issue.
