D-pad Up & Down Turbo Speeds Emulator - tekn0 - 09-13-2015
Hello, I have been trying to figure out what is causing this. I have searched but not found anything.
For some reason if I press up or down on my d-pad, some type of overdrive turbo mode kicks in, and the frame rate doubles or triples speeding up emulation.
I have an xbox controller enabled and I have set the d-pad in both the gamecube and wiimote config normally.
I am unable to find any reference to turbo or throttle emulation or framerate speeds. So i'm not sure whats causing this or how this feature is mapped to my d-pad.

I actually just solved this issue. If anyone has the same problem, it's related to the alienware alpha desktop/console mode taking over the controller. Im not sure how this affected Dolphins frame rate but it did.

If you look in the hotkey settings, increasing and decreasing the framelimit is probably mapped to some keyboard button that the Alienware thing was using.
