Virtual Console games don't work anymore - drhycodan - 09-12-2015
At first, I thought it was just n64 games that don't work, but that's not the case. Snes games and most likely Genesis VC games don't work either. Is this a known issue?

Use LLE audio for right now; a VI change has brought out another inaccuracy in HLE audio timings that needs to be looked into.
