How do I configure a USB dance pad for DDR Mario Mix - eltelelel - 09-04-2015 I have a USB dance pad which I use for other games like stepmania on PC. I am trying to configure the controller settings to work properly with Dance Dance Revolution, Mario Mix so that the buttons are all mapped to the proper locations on my dance pad. I am having issues. I already selected port 1 as the dance mat. I figured out that the X,B,Y and Z buttons on the controller configuration screen are mapped to the arrows, But I cannot find which buttons are mapped to Start, A, B and Z. The only buttons I was able to map were the in-game arrows themselves, which like i said are detected as gamecube buttons X,B,Y and Z. I have tried to find a solution to this, but am having no luck. RE: How do I configure a USB dance pad for DDR Mario Mix - skid - 09-05-2015 The Dance Mat setting is for the Active Life/Family Trainer dance mat. For DDR/Mario Mix, select a Standard Controller and map the USB dance pad to that. RE: How do I configure a USB dance pad for DDR Mario Mix - eltelelel - 10-06-2015 Setting it to a standard controller makes the arrows function improperly. Holding the left arrow disables the right one, same vica versa. The same thing happens with the up and down arrows. I tried different combinations with assigning certain arrows to the D-pad and others to the analog stick, but it does not solve the issue. This issue occurs on every version of Dolphin I have tried. I am trying port one and 2 with dance mat and standard controller and none of the combinations let me input using the pad. What should I do. |
